Our Homes
At Edwin House, a Children’s Home is exactly that, a home. A home where we find out how a young person would like their bedroom to be decorated before they arrive. A home where we encourage our young people to get involved in activities. A home in which we learn, listen, guide and care.
Our Therapeutic Solo-Placement Children’s Home are decorated immaculately decorated and tastefully furnished, creating a real homely feel and sense of comfort, security, and positivity.
We currently have one Therapeutic Solo-Placement Children’s Home, which is called Edwin House.
Edwin House
Edwin House is a residential property with a large private garden, located in a quiet residential area of a lovely market town called Edwinstowe, Nottingham.
At Edwin House, we aim to provide a safe environment that is homely and nurturing, enabling for positive relationships to be formed and for the young person to make progress in all areas of their development.
The staffing ratio for Edwin House is 2:1 where there are always two members of staff working 24-hours per day.
